Photography for businesses:
- I work with both studio and natural light, depending on the requirements and specifications.
- It’s important to have a clear and agreed-upon technical brief before the shoot, and it’s recommended to have someone responsible for approving the shots present during the shoot.
- Without a clear and agreed-upon brief, any post-shoot issues cannot be addressed.
- A 30% deposit is required upfront, with the remaining 70% due upon completion of the shoot.
- An additional 30% surcharge applies for expedited processing.
- I reserve the right to feature the photos in my portfolio, website, and social media.
- Any restrictions on publication must be agreed upon in advance.
- For on-location shoots requiring equipment transport, additional fees for round-trip taxi fare will apply, plus income tax.
- You’ll receive the photos in two formats: high-resolution TIFF for print and reduced-size JPEG for web use. If you require a specific format or resolution, please let me know in advance.
- The completed photos will be delivered via a virtual disk and will be available for download for 7 days.
Retouching:
- A 50% deposit is required for retouching projects, with the remaining 50% due upon final approval of the previews.
- Original photos will be delivered upon payment.
- You’ll have two opportunities to request edits within the scope of the agreed-upon technical brief and budget.
- Please provide a photo number, a detailed description of the requested edit, or a visual mark on the photo.
- Any additional edits or corrections beyond the agreed-upon technical brief and budget will incur additional fees.
- The final cost of retouching similar-looking photos may vary depending on the complexity of the task.
- The turnaround time will vary for each project but cannot be less than 3 business days.
- The completed photos will be delivered via a virtual disk and will be available for download for 7 days.
