How much?

Photography for businesses: 

• I work with both studio lighting and natural light, depending on the project requirements and the approved brief.
• A technical brief must be prepared and approved before the shoot. 
• A person responsible for approving images must also be available either on-site or online during the shoot.If the technical brief has not been clearly prepared and approved in advance, no claims regarding the final results of the shoot will be accepted.If there is no client representative available on-site or online to approve images within 10 minutes of submission, all unapproved images will be considered approved by default.
• For restaurants photography, I work with a minimum booking deposit of €200. The remaining balance is due after approval of the completed project.
• For product photography, I work with a 50% advance payment. The remaining 50% is due after approval of the completed project.Rush editing is available for an additional fee of 30% of the total project cost.
• I reserve the right to use photographs in my portfolio, website, social media, and other promotional materials. Any restrictions on publication must be agreed upon separately in advance.
• For on-location shoots requiring transportation of lighting equipment, backgrounds, and other props, taxi expenses (round trip) will be charged separately according to the applicable taxi rates.
• Final images are delivered in two formats:
  • High-resolution TIFF files suitable for printing
  • Optimized JPEG files for online use
• If you require a specific file format or resolution, please inform me no later than the end of the shoot.
• Completed photographs are delivered via a cloud storage link and remain available for download for one month.
• You may request up to two rounds of revisions per project within the scope of the approved brief and quotation, within five business days of receiving the final images.
• Revision requests should be submitted in a single document covering all images, specifying the image number and including either a detailed description or visual annotations directly on the image.
• For large projects involving a substantial number of photographs, editing and delivery timelines may be extended.
• I can also organize and manage a turnkey production, including sourcing specialized lighting, backgrounds, props, and other production requirements. Pricing is determined individually based on the project brief.

Retouching: 

• I work with a 50% advance payment. 
• The remaining balance is due after final approval of the preview images. 
• High-resolution final files will be delivered once payment has been received in full.
• You may request up to two rounds of revisions per project within the scope of the approved brief and quotation, within five business days of receiving the edited images.
• Revision requests must be submitted for all images at once, clearly indicating the image number and including either a detailed written description or visual annotations directly on the image.
• Any revisions, alterations, or additional retouching beyond the scope of the approved brief and quotation will be charged separately.
• Even very similar images may have different final retouching costs depending on the complexity of the required work.
• Timelines are agreed on individually for each project but cannot be shorter than three business days.
• Completed photographs are delivered via a cloud storage link and remain available for download for one month.
• I also offer photo restoration services.
